Carolina is at Atlanta. Since the Falcons are fighting for their playoff lives....figure Atlanta will be favored in this game.
Saints are at Tampa. Tampa is pissed they have been losing so many close games. Saints are only 4-3 on the road...and Tampa is 3-4 at home. Very reasonable chance Tampa wins this game.
If Carolina and New Orleans lose...by the time the Rams kick off at 4:25 (Eastern Time)....the game will be meaningless.
If either or both Carolina or New Orleans wins....then the Rams HAVE to keep the petal to the metal and get the win.
There is a very real chance that playoff pressure causes the the bad Nick Foles and the bad Case Keenum to show up. So the road teams could very well advance from the Divisional rounds. If the Rams have to face the Saints again in the NFC Championship game....you DO NOT want to play that game at the Super Dome. Home field could make the difference of 10-15 points in that game.
