But I do buy what Vinny B. is selling because it pretty well mirrors what I've been screaming about Fisher's comments.
It insults what McVay has done and it offends me as long time beaten-up Rams fan.
It rewrites history.
Frankly, it doesn't surprise me that Fisher and his side kick feel the way they do; that's a microcosm of what the problem with Fisher was in the first place.
"What? Use rubber for wheels when we have all this good strong oak that we've been using for centuries!"

What surprises me is that they are dumb enough to actually say it out loud as if they they were Homer Simpson clones ("Doh!"

Honestly, until I read a few defenses of their statements I had no idea anyone could be sucked in to such obvious nonsense. OF COURSE there are players on the current roster that the previous regime drafted. That is 100% the way it is for ANY HC change for the next year especially, and a few years afterward. You can't turn over an entire team in one off season. And yes, in every HC change there are some players that are worthy of remaining under any HC. Heck; a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while.

But for the previous failed regime to actually, blatantly demand credit for the next regime's success? I'm not sure I've heard this from a fired HC before. EVER! Even if some believed it. But at least they were smart enough to keep their pie holes shut so that they didn't sound like Pee Wee Herman ("I meant to do that!".

However......should Arians possibly retire after this year as is reported, then I HIGHLY recommend that super roster builder Jeff Fisher for the job.
