I didn’t mean to imply that the Eagles were unworthy. They are a terrific team and played their hearts out, too.
But I do feel that Wentz was playing out of his mind, and so were a couple of his receivers.
Also, in a hypothetical re-match with a healthy Wentz, I seriously doubt that the Eagles would have another 20 minute advantage in TOP.
If the Rams don’t make stupid penalties OR allow that danged strip sack, OR if the refs just let the players play.....
Then, heck, I think the Rams win a re-match.
But I am admittedly biased. Lol.
