I think that's fair. I ask that myself. But it's just one box on the list of boxes to be checked. An important one, absolutely, but just one. There are other boxes too and he gets checks in a lot of them. And there are still some questions in other areas.
I don't think he has "arrived" yet. Still some growing to do, still some things to find out.

Goff has had 3 opportunities this year to win a game at the end, Skins, Hawks, Eagles. He failed miserably in 2 of them, and the third against Seattle was close but no cigar.
Goff has carried the doubts of not being a clutch QB from the time he was in college. Many of his detractors have said they've never seen him come up big in a big game. That is a huge concern for me since I think that clutch trait is something QBs either have or don't have.
Some may think he will improve to a point where it is inevitable that he shows that, but I am very skeptical.
I said it was a fair critique and something he has to show. But to be fair he quarterbacked a comeback--just not a late in the 4th quarter comebacks. That was against Dallas. And I don't blame Seattle on Goff.
