Here's my answer... AGAIN...
It was Eagles 4th down with 6 min left in the game. Eagles kicked a 54-yd field goal but a Leverage penalty was called on Aaron Donald (it appeared to be a phantom penalty). It gave the Eagles a fresh set of downs which also ran the clock down some more. Eagles ended up kicking a 33-yd FG which put them up 37-35 with about 4 min left.
