For openers, a 16 point win on the road is no small thing. As stlramz pointed out, when you bring only your C+ game and still win by 16, that’s pretty impressive.
The Rams shut down the Card scoring in the 2nd half, allowing a mere 3 points. The Card running game was smothered in the 2nd half, too.
Is there a better ST group in the league? I sure don’t think so.
Since the 2nd half of that Cowboy game, our scoring D has been outstanding. And scoring D is the name of the game.
Rams are exactly tied with the Eagles for most points scored in the entire league.
Only 7 points behind Eagles for best net point differential in the league.
Sooooo...
I think that maybe I’ve been spoiled by the blowout wins. I’m feeling better about this Card win the more I think about it.
