Looking at just the 3rd and 4th rounds from 2005-2014, here are the LOTs (LOTs only, no ROTs) that made it in the league and played well: Not counting Saffold, who was moved.

That's 4 out of 50 Ts taken, though most of that 50 who became starters and not busts ended up playing either ROT or OG.
That is 8% of those drafted as college tackles by NFL teams ended up being decent to good LOTs.
Another way to put this is, those rounds produced 4 starting LOTs in 10 years.
