Players are playing better on offense by a significant margin without Fisher instead of with Fisher. That to me shows he was the problem.
Now, from a personnel perspective, other than Robinson, I think he did well, but coaching offense. Imagine, this team was dead last and the 2 main players Goff and Gurley were bad. Now, they are among the top players in the league at their position.
