CLE is truly a dumpster fire. I suspect they start over A-GAIN as even though Hue Jackson is a good football man/coach/play caller, 2-30 or whatever they end up in his two years there makes it hard to give him a third year with presumably a new front office.
Not Jackson's fault and though maybe some teams use some metrics, etc. to draft/build a roster, the baseball philosophy does not seem to work in the NFL....
What truly good NFL men would go there as GM/President? Maybe have to give a six year deal like SF did with Shanahan/Lynch...
