They are not.
As others have pointed out, they beat up on the teams they "should", and struggle against good, disciplined defenses.
I thought Goff played well, it was the OL and the WR (Kupp) who let him down.
This D is not stout and gets worn out.
I thought they might be a little like the 1999 Rams and ready to beat any style, but they clearly are not. MIN was by far the better team.
I am really disappointed, but this weeks' game is humongous. On top of the importance, and I know it is not paramount, but I want to stick it to Sean Payton for running it up last year. I know the whole Gregg Williams thing, but I think he is a d*%k. I think Brees is a stat hound, but a Hall of Fame QB.
Lastly, laram was right, they HAVE to go to the studs when the "share the wealth" is not the most important thing. They HAVE to use Watkins more. It is mind boggling they only throw to him about five times a game.
We will see this week what this team is made of....
