I don't see those things either, which you wouldn't necessarily in a player who is otherwise fine BUT doesn't produce when he has the chance in a clutch situation.

Receivers who do have the clutch gene simply catch the ball in those situations.

It's hard to tell because he's only going to be in situations like that (ie. clutch) 3-4 times a season. More, if they decide he DOES have the clutch gene, cause then they will put him in the situation when the need arises.
