I'd agree with the areas you noted, but add to it:
LBs big edge to the Vikings
Corners medium edge Vikings (still feeling disappointment with Tru. He's not BAD, but he doesn't scare anybody--except me on occasion).
D line small edge Rams
Vikings have ways to win this game, and coaching/scheme is going to enter into it tomorrow.
I'm not really a big fan of breaking down a defense by comparing positional units. I think you get a more accurate picture by looking at a D as a whole.
The Vikings are not great at defending the pass. I just made a post on this. Their probably in the range of 12th best in the league which is lower than the Rams.
Where they excel is in defending the run. They have a top 2 run D.
I don't know if our DL has a big edge or small edge but I can say that the Rams defense is much better than the Vikings defense at pressuring the QB, Sacks, and creating turnovers.
