Well you have a point but it depends on yer angle.

My angle is just this---if a starting qb goes down, is there usually a starting caliber qb behind him?

So to me Green counts because he was a starting caliber qb. He had already shown that in Washington, which is why they signed him, and then later showed it with the Chiefs.

So Warner replacing Green is a starting caliber qb replacing a starting caliber qb.

Unlike, say, 2009, when Bulger went down and was replaced by Null. Or, if you will, by the Null Set.
