i agree donald (20) and watkins (11) come first...that should leave roughly 7 mill?
you can probably sign joyner and robey-coleman and a draft class but its doubtful johnson can fit within that budget. They will need to draft a cb high.

I agree. I still see Johnson as a good (top 30) but not great (top 10) CB. I would rather retain lower priced DBs like Robey-Coleman and Joyner while needing to restock at CB through the Draft than pay Johnson a huge long-term deal. Donald absolutely comes first plus Watkins.
Gurley is also about to earn his 5th year option for 2019 which is about $9.2M.
