Thinking back to before the Rams moved to St. Louis, I'm not sure that the Rams really ever had a major home field advantage except perhaps for the weather factor. And even with the new stadium, I doubt LA will have anything like the advantage that the Seahawks have in their home stadium. LA fans just aren't that raucous.
And, due to the attractions of SoCal, the laid-back nature of the area, the amount of people and the diversity, and easy air access, there will always be a fair number of the other team's fans showing up for the games no matter how good of a team the LA Rams might become.
