Improve our Red Zone Offense

Increase Watkins involvement in the passing game

Focus on Goff’s continued development into an elite QB

McVay learning how to better manage a game, i.e. use of time outs

Avoiding injury

Just stay the course and we will be fine

To me, there's only one area to be addressed because they already are addressing everything else.

Watkins will eventually be integrated. They are focusing on Goff's development though they can't make him into an elite qb. They can make him into a better qb. "Elite" is not something made, it;s born. He's born to be elite or he's not. But he can be a very good one with continued development. We don;'t know about elite. That will come or it won't.

McVay will learn game management through experience.

No one can avoid injury. Injuries just happen.

They are staying the course. That's just how they are.

What they CAN fix that IS a problem is redzone offense. That was not part of the plan, of course--it's a flaw that's being revealed in game time. It's rough terrain that wasn't on the map. To fix it they will have to open the hood and do some work. So it's the priority since everything else is already in place and developing according to plan.
