Age and health eventually take their toll.
Arians not coaching after this year makes sense and I suspect he'll just ride off into the sunset. HC is an awfully demanding job.
When you look at the Cards and see the age of the premier players like Palmer and Fitzgerald, no doubt what one does will influence the other. Can you imagine Palmer and Fitzgerald wanting to be part of a rebuild with a new HC and new offense? I can't.
This year ends the Cards run and they'll be in full rebuild in the off season.
The Rams and Seahawks will be vying for the NFC West for the next couple of years, with the Niners and Cards bringing up the rear (right where they belong!)
