Prediction: Arians to replace Pagano with Colts next year

Again, only my prediction since I live in Indy but Colts owner Robert Irsay saw what Arians did with the Colts while Pagano was battling cancer. I bet he's been secretly conversing with someone close to Arians. 
Arians really liked Indy and Andrew Luck. Arizona seems to be closer to a winning team than Indy, but Indy is tanking this year to get a high pick and start the rebuilding process. Maybe Bruce likes the future of Indy better.
