but I think what McVay is doing is not some rabbit out of a hat, or sneaky deceitful, or mad genius type of coaching.. it's just good coaching. Being prepared... paying attention, adapting as needed and without hesitation.. spreading the wealth... all basic and sound football tactics. He's young, but he's also old school...
