I used to fly from Boston to London twice a year. It's really not a big thing. Boston to London is maybe an hour longer by air than Boston to LA. From Jacksonville probably tack on two more hours.

Anyway, I think they left Thursday evening and arrived early this morning. Not sure. But when I went I'd fly to the UK overnight I'd arrive about 7AM, go straight to work until maybe 2-3PM when the wires in your brain start to fire a bit strangely... Go nap in the hotel for 1-2 hours, get up for dinner and stay up until about 9PM. After a good night's sleep I was 100% fine the next day.

So really, worst case is they're dragging somewhat today and will feel just fine when they getup Saturday AM. It's not like they're flying to Asia or Australia where they'd feel out of sorts for 2-3 days.
