Totally agree here, he was struggling on the field and was not the sharpest tool in the shed, on top of that was a free agent at the end of the season. They liked the others they had and promoting Johnson was a must. Alexander showcased nothing from day one and was caught out of position many times. Phillips & Safety Coach Evero felt it was time to go in another direction and Johnson's play sealed Alexander's fate. Plus Blake Countess is far superior to Alexander on special teams.
