Let’s assume for a moment that the Rams highest D priority is to stop the Jag run game.

I think that that is the general assumption that I’ve been reading.

Stop or drastically slow down the Jag run game and force Bortles to beat them with the pass. Exactly what teams did against Fisher’s Rams for years, IOW. How ironic, lol.

So, if that’s true, is Quinn who you really want as a starter as a run stopper?

What if Wade is thinking outside the box, instead?

Move Tree outside and insert Littleton or Hager (or ???) as an ILB?

Or maybe some other hybrid scheme that enhances the Rams ability to stuff the run? Let your imagination run wild.

I predict that Wade will come up with some gameplan that will involve shuffling of our usual starters that is designed to take advantage of the Jags tendency to be one dimensional.

I don’t know exactly what Wade’s scheme will be, but I do know that I will be stunned if he doesn’t have one.
