Nah, I wouldn't call it good leadership. Not at all. This is just addressing the obvious. That's average leadership.
I'd say he's shown good leadership in bringing to life a dead offense. That has really impressed me. I'd also say that his work with Goff has been outstanding.
OTOH, the way he coached the Seattle game left a lot to be desired.
We've got a young, above average coach. Not experienced enough yet to be a great coach. He can't fill Bellichek's or Walsh's shoes, but he wouldn't fit into Fisher's shoes. Maybe the grind causes him to regress. Maybe he grows in stature and becomes a master of the game.
