Hate to say it but 100% agreed. Just re-watched on gamepass and it's pretty clear he doesn't have control juuuuuuuust before stepping OOB. We're talking about milliseconds. Still, it is fairly evident in my opinion.

Again, hate to say it but that's how I see it.

Separately, I wouldn't mind if this rule was revisited by the rules committee in the offseason. Until then rules are rules.
