Sorry, I can't see conclusive evidence there, but if you could find a still similar to GRIT's still, then maybe we could say for certain. In GRIT's picture, the only thing that can be said is that when Gurley was OOB's at the one, no one was touching the ball.

At the same time you could say there is no conclusive evidence that he is or is not in contact with the ball before touching OB..... The refs made a bad judgement call that never should have been the call.


From thos two pictures it looks like he is in contact with the ball and the foot is clearly OOB
