If you count targets as well as touches, this is how the players break down in terms of how often they are handed or thrown the ball.
Out of 118 attempts and 119 rushes, or 237 combined passes and handoffs (not counting 4 sacks), it goes like this:
Gurley, 86 carries, 25 targets = 111 or 46%.
Woods, 22 targets = 22 or 9.1%
Kupp, 21 targets = 21 or 8.7%
Austn, 14 carries, 5 targets = 19 or 7.9%
Watkins, 16 targets = 16 or 6.6%
Higbee, 13 targets = 13 or 5.4%
Brown, 8 carries, 2 targets = 10 or 4.1%
Everett, 7 targets = 7 or 2.9%
So Austin has more targets/touches than Watkins and Higbee and nearly the same as Kupp and Woods (it's a difference of 3 and 2).
