He has also made plays this year. A few crucial ones in fact.
Not like 2015 when he averaged 8.3 yards a carry and caught 50 passes on top of it for a total of 9 TDs on offense. It's clear they were much more innovative with him in 2015...and in fact, this decoy thing is not new either (they used it in 2015 too).
But he
has made plays in 2017. And they will probably use him more as time goes along (Tavon basically missed all of training camp.)
In fact he CAN be a decoy because he CAN make plays.
