A transition to a brand new defense is going to require some role changes. Some are unforeseen. It was totally logical to plug in Brockers as the NT from day one. And maybe he still gets some snaps there going forward. But if he can be more disruptive moved over the guard with Walker and Smart splitting NT duties maybe it creates more ability for the LBs to make plays. Seems like he's very comfortable with the move.

I've liked Smart since he was drafted. High motor guy that I think can develop into a pretty nice player.
