The Rams have a low sack percentage and low hit rate...4 sacks and 19 qb hits.
But that's on a low number of attempts.
As my friend IR pointed out to me in a different discussion, the actual percentage of sacks/hits is fairly high. ESPN lists them at 31% if you count sacks, hits, and hurries. [

Since mixed in with that they have a low sack percentage, this means that one reason the sacks are low is Goff. He's getting rid of the ball, even though being hit and hurried at a fairly high rate (not disastrously high, just high). This contrasts sharply with last year, when Goff did not handle the blitz. This year so far the Rams are the most blitzed team in the league. [

Thus while Planet Whitworth is excelling at pass pro, the rest of the line is actually fairly average.
As I said a lot of the low sack percentage is Goff, and this contrasts sharply with last year, where he had nearly double the sack percentage of Keenum behind the same line.
