Actually JG didn't have
quite as good a game this time. For example before today he completed 70.4% of his passes; today it was 58.3%. They threw some things at him and he wasn't quite as comfortable. And of course...he didn't have a bad game. Just wasn't quite as magically fluid.
And was still good.My own opinion, and people will all have different opinions on this, is that he
has arrived. He is a franchise qb. A bad game or 2 won't change my mind...it would have to be a Foles/Austin Davis style multi-game meltdown (& IMO that's not in the cards). BUT it is also true that he's not that seasoned and experienced. That will just be an effect of time. I don't know what his ceiling is but I just think he's the guy.
