Fisher will make a Qb worse than he really is. While I wouldn't want case as a Qb and don't think this is the rule but more the exception, there is no way he is as bad as he was with the Rams. This is a trend and pattern. We saw the same thing with foles ast year. He pkayed much better with Chiefs and played much better with the Eagles before the Rams.
