If the Rams can stop the run and win the turnover battle then they have a good shot. Not sure why some are discounting the niners. They have played really physical the past two games. This will be the most physical team the Rams have faced IMO.
I was shocked at the amount of points the redskins scored... should have been more... not really that close of a game. So I am not sure what to expect, especially on a short week. I have a hard time seeing the Rams score more than 17 without getting a few turnovers. Same for the niners. Something like 17-16... But if the Rams get some TO's it could be a much wider margin.
I'm guessing Wade will commit to stopping the run and dare the QB to beat them. I think that's the right strategy: stop the run on the way to the QB... and blitz. For the Rams... RUN THE BALL, lol but I'm not sure that's McCoy's M.O. We will see... I hope I'm wrong and the Rams light it up but I just don't see this game as a gimme, especially on the road.
