Reynolds must not be ready yet. If you remember he missed a bunch of camp with an injury. Woods was a high priced vet FA. He's going to play. Watkins is our #1 and Cupp is our slot. Tavon needs snaps as does Cooper and JR. I have no problems with the starters, but that being said, Woods wasn't doing enough to be in for every snap. One thing more, Woods is supposedly our best WR blocker. Maybe he was helping TG30 on his runs.
