Well a couple of things. First there aren't any "all the others" because Tavon is not a pure WR and therefore a different animal from the team WRs. The coaches have said as much themselves.
So the trick is, do they use a dynamic, explosive playmaker (who as it happens is NOT a WR, not really) when they themselves say they recognize his value and explosiveness?
I say they would be crazy not to.
In terms of trading, no. This year the Rams take an additional 5 M cap hit if they trade Tavon.
So IMO they would be crazy not to use him, and at the same time they're stuck with him anyway. So we;'ll see how that math adds up.
