They appear to have assembled a great group of coaches who have been successful in the league. And before the season I said I would be surprised if they didn't win 8 games and would not be surprised if they won more than 8. But for me, I have to see it play out a bit before I go further than trusting my gut.
The Washington game is going to be another tough game to gauge player talent because the coaches know each other so well. The advantages I see are Wade and McVay familiarity with the defense (I know it works both ways but I still see an advantage) and the relatively little film other teams have on the Rams. By game 4 or 5 the book will be out on the Rams, Goff and the rest of the team, etc. And that is when I will be more comfortable with making predictions.
