We can guess that they probably aren't overpaying him like they overpaid Austin, and it's not likely they are lowballing him like they low balled Jenkins. But we don't really know until we hear it definitively.
TA is overpaid, but he's no where near top WR money...if he would have blown up again in 2016 and had another 10 TD season, no one would bar an eye at his 12th highest paid WR contract.
But yes, from all indications and reliable sources it's pretty fair to assume the Rams have offered Donald top defensive player type money.
We don't know the exact numbers, but it's been rumored to be in the Suh type of money....
