Sure Havs got beat by a very good player but Goff didn't do him any favors.
He stood there like a statue only drifting last minute to his left, instead of climbing the pocket.
That's instinctive, as McVay himself mentioned..."we've talked about that and doing it consistently".
My point, in case its not clear is no qb will have perfect pockets on every dropback.
Jared is gonna have to help his line out by being perceptible in the pocket.
Sliding and climbing, by seeing the defense and recognizing quickly where the holes are and getting rid of the ball.
