It does seem odd that this kind of stuff doesn't happen to good teams, regardless of who you want to point the finger at.
Blame Donald and his agent all you want, that's fine, but the Rams don't have a lot of cap space and they are a 4-12 team.
That tells me that the Rams don't know the value of their players. And it ain't just Fisher, Snead and Demoff are right in there making value decision mistakes.
