He makes a mockery of the erroneous belief

that it's age that should get you respect.

Being engaged, being fair, loving what you do and knowing your *^#@ is what gets you respect.

Also, he just *seems* like a really nice guy. Of course I have no way of knowing if that's true, but that is the impression I get.
