Mostly, I think he's more atlete than football player. I don't believe in his brain, his mechanics or his ability to be a vocal leader.
He's a very good olb in a 4-3 but miscast in the middle. We also don't know what this scheme change will do. Frankly, I'd move him outside and rush him. His poor tackling form will help strip balls (mostly sarcastic).
