I'd have him above Cooper and Thomas. Who have had more experience and less quality play.

Since last year's Cowboy PS game.
But I have to say that he's looking like a victim of the numbers game.
Unless one "cheats" and makes him a 7th WR.
There are simply 6 overall better WR's ahead of him this year.
And the irony is that Spruce is so well regarded that he might not clear waivers so he'll never make it to the PS. Sigh...
