#19.........3rd down conversions. How nice it was to be in 3rd down yardage and actually get first downs and move the chains. This was nonexistent during Fisher's years. Actually moving the ball down the field and eventually putting it in the end zone.

#20........A HC that is "involved" and totally in control during the game. McVay is on it 100%.
