I have never wanted the regular season to start so bad before.
Obviously hair gel is much more interesting! Yet, like most, I would rather get AD in camp happy and ready to play. I just don't want to mortgage the future with 3-4 other players needing to be resigned soon. AD does not seem like he is willing to budge. I would love to have him causing chaos on opposing qbs. If and when it comes to an impass, we must be realistic of what we can get. I prefer young proven players vs. draft picks given the hit and miss of the last few years. The only team with a boat load of picks and possibly dumb enough would be the Cle Browns. Unfortunately, I think they are looking for a qb in the draft.
If Smith is healthy, he is the closest thing to a fair return. Let's hope it ends soon with what's best for our Rams!
