The Rams just can't give him 70 million guaranteed(say signing bonus, reporting bonus giving him 50/60 million in the first 2 years

and then give him an opt out clause after those two years. That's just stupid,(not knowing if the clause is the sticking point but unless the Rams are offering

a really lowball offer, what else could be holding this up).Guess when this gets settled one way or another we will see the offer and counteroffer .
