....the ability to get the ball into 'tight windows'.

Now I know there is a difference between College 'tight windows' and NFL 'tight windows'. But if I read it correctly, than it appears Goff is being smart by possibly testing those NFL 'tight windows' while in practice. Why not? I mean eventually won't that situation arise in a real game?
