I don't really see McVay as a guy that throws out flippant statements like that. Maybe either a not so subtle dig on AD or a statement of things to come.
Just don't see the Rams as sitting and waiting for things to come to them right now. There is a different vibe in the air and that vibe is change.
Maybe McVay really believes that.
Maybe he's trying to motivate Gurley.
I do love the talk of getting him more involved in the passing game.
