I think I focused on the word "need", because while I WANT him to be a very good QB, in time, what I NEED to see is that he has confidence, and can rise at least to the level of efficient game manager this year.
Doesn't have to throw lots of TDs, but throw more TDs than Ints.
Get rid of the ball when it isn't there.
Protect himself from the big hits.
Don't make me cringe (I know that one isn't very specific, but I think most of you can relate).
