..first off, people are down on Watkins because of injury and because of less than stellar QB play he hasn't had a run of off-the-chart greatness just yet which worries me too if things go slow this season for him with Goff and his development. Which in my opinion it is paramount for Snead to lock him up long term NOW.
No way Watkins is going to want to be held captive in another bad situation if he's now used to his fullest abilities in LA if Goff isn't yet up to speed.
