LOL - So sorry to make this a new thread but I couldn't find the old one. I won't bore you with names only to say "Kimberly" and I are now BFF's!!!
So as of my first call back on 8/4 I was promised free Sunday Ticket MAX, $10 off per month for 12 months ($120), an additional $5 off per month for 6 months ($30).
TODAY my dear Kimberly and I conversed for 45 minutes, my entire commute home...and at the end she asked me about a free upgrade of equipment which I was all for but wanted the new Genie 2 which is an all wireless system that allows up to 7 recordings at once but she said it was still in beta testing so I took the updated Genie that had for 4K tvs instead.....then as we were concluding she put me on hold and when she returned she said she just got the ok to GIVE ME the BRAND NEW Genie 2 wireless instead! She said "we aren't even selling these yet but they are about to be released and since you've been with us forever and had all these troubles heck I throw in free installation too!"
I was happy as a clam BUT we got disconnected (bad cell on my end)...so I waited and waited and after 10 minutes she calls back and apologizes to ME for the disconnect and says "oh sir, I want to let you know for all you've been through I added another credit to your account for $37/month for the next 12 months.."
SCORE!!!!To recap: Free ST MAX, Free BRAND NEW Genie-2 wireless system with 2 Free mini wireless receivers for the other 2 tv's we have AND $594 in bill credits over the next 12 months!!Not bad for about 1:15 in total call time over two days!
At the end of the call Kimberly asked to to rate her service from 1-5 with 5 being the best and I said "You are a TEN my dear!! " she just laughed.
