That said, there are some players who are better at using their speed than others. That's why a guy like Cooper Kupp, who does not have great speed, looks very fast on tape (same for Larry Fitzgerald, Jerry Rice, etc.).

I'm not convinced that Woods has been used in a manner that has allowed him to showcase the speed he does have. I think you'll be surprised by the number of "big plays" he can produce.
